These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the field-rental booking system on huckabeepark.com (the “Site”). By reserving a field, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the liability waiver presented during booking. If you do not agree, please do not use the booking system.
Reservations
- Bookings are subject to availability and to confirmation by the park. We may decline, cancel, or reschedule a reservation — for example, due to weather, field conditions, maintenance, scheduling conflicts, tournaments, or non-payment.
- Field age suitability: Fields 2, 3, and 4 & 5 are for 12U and under; Field 1 accommodates teams up to 13U.
- A batting cage is included with Fields 1, 2, and 3. Fields 4 & 5 are rented together as a single unit (one large field or two T-ball fields).
- Lights are required, and added to the price, when a booking runs within 30 minutes of sunset or later.
- You must provide accurate information and be authorized to make the booking on behalf of your team.
Pricing & payment
- Rental fees are displayed at the time of booking; lights add to the price as shown.
- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Until online card payments are enabled, payment is made by the method you select (such as cash or check).
- A reservation is not final until confirmed, and a time slot may be released if payment is not received as arranged.
Cancellations & refunds
To cancel or change a reservation, contact the park at [email protected]. Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the park’s discretion. We appreciate as much notice as possible so the field can be offered to other teams.
Use of the facilities
- Follow all park rules and the instructions of park staff.
- Supervise your team, players, and guests at all times, and leave the facility in good condition.
- No unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive conduct. The park may remove anyone who violates these Terms or park rules, without refund.
Liability & assumption of risk
Baseball, softball, and related activities involve inherent risks of injury or property damage. Use of the fields, batting cages, and facilities is subject to the liability waiver and release you sign during booking. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huckabee Park, Horry County, and their staff and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of the use of the facilities.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
